After a day of tropical fun and frolics, head to Kelapa Grill for a festive family feast showcasing a smorgasbord of starters, soups, live pasta station, carving station, grill and hot dishes… plus a special appearance by our very own carol singers. Save space for our decadent desserts, including ginger crème brulee, poached pears in red wine spice and Yule log cake. It is Christmas after all!

It’s the last day of the year – so begin celebrating at breakfast (Serai) with traditional Kuih treats, a colourful display of delicious bite-sized delicacies: Buah Melaka, Kuih Bakar, Pulut Sekaya and Ketayap Pandan.

Inspired by the verve and vibrancy of India’s flamboyant film industry, our New Year’s Eve Bollywood Bash will be a show-stopping, booty-shaking night to remember!  Meet at Serai Beach from 7:30pm, then navigate your way into 2015 one distinctive dish at a time: Japanese House Sashimi and Nigiri Sushi; Mumbai Station, Tandoori Specials and Bollywood Biriyanis; Seared Foie Gras and Fresh Rolled Popiah Counters, Shawarma and Satay Stations; and Tempura and Dim Sum choices – all seasoned with lashings of Bollywood joie de vivre and topped with our midnight countdown!
